Refund Policy

Effective Date: June 14, 2025

At Corpus Fencing Company, we take pride in delivering quality workmanship and reliable service. Because fencing is a custom service that involves material costs, labor, and scheduling, our refund policy is as follows:

1. Deposits

To schedule work, we require a deposit (typically a percentage of the total estimate). This deposit covers:

  • Project planning and scheduling

  • Material orders

  • Crew assignments and preparation time

Deposits are non-refundable once materials have been ordered or work has begun.

2. Cancellations

  • If you cancel within 24 hours of booking and materials have not been ordered, we may offer a full refund of your deposit.

  • If cancellation occurs after material orders or mobilization, we may refund part of the deposit, minus costs already incurred (materials, delivery, labor prep).

3. Service Satisfaction

If there is an issue with the completed work, please contact us within 7 days of project completion. We are happy to:

  • Inspect the work

  • Address any concerns

  • Provide reasonable repairs or adjustments if the issue falls within the scope of the original agreement

We do not offer refunds on completed work unless required by law, but we stand behind our workmanship and strive to resolve any concerns promptly and fairly.

4. Custom and Special Orders

Fencing materials cut to size, custom fabricated gates, or special orders cannot be returned or refunded once ordered. These items are billed to you as part of the project and are non-refundable once fabrication or delivery has begun.

5. Weather and Delays

  • We do not offer refunds due to weather-related delays or scheduling changes outside our control. We will always communicate openly and reschedule as soon as safely possible.
