Welcome to Corpus Fencing Company’s website. By using this site, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully.
1. Use of Website
This website is provided for general informational purposes only. By accessing or using this site, you agree not to:

2. Quotes, Estimates & Agreements

All online estimates are non-binding until confirmed in writing via signed Bid Proposal or contract.

The signed Bid Proposal becomes a legally binding agreement. No verbal agreements are valid unless incorporated in writing.

Client is responsible for reviewing and confirming all details, including layout, materials, quantities, and specifications prior to signing.

Any change in layout, materials, or scope after signing may require a re-quote, a new Bid Proposal, and could delay the job schedule.
3. Scheduling & Delays

We make every effort to begin and complete projects as scheduled. However, we are not responsible for delays beyond our control, including but not limited to:

Severe weather
-
Supply shortages
-
Labor disruptions
-
Permit delays
-
-
Client understands that scheduling is estimated and not guaranteed.
4. Property Boundaries & Layout
-
It is the Client’s sole responsibility to confirm property lines and fence placement.
-
Corpus Fencing Company does not locate property pins or perform surveys.
-
We will build based on the location demonstrated by the Client.
-
Errors in layout due to incorrect markings or lack of property identification are the Client’s responsibility.
5. Final Quantities & Adjustments
-
If more fence or gates are installed than specified in the Bid Proposal, Client agrees to pay the applicable per-foot or per-unit price.

If less footage is installed (over 10% reduction), an equitable adjustment may be offered upon reques
6. Underground Utilities & Private Lines
-
Corpus Fencing Company participates in the Texas 811 program to locate public utility lines.
-
Client is responsible for marking all private lines (sprinklers, gas to grills, pool lines, etc.) and informing us of their location and depth.
-
We are not liable for damage to unmarked private lines or if the Client requests installation near them.
7. Site Access & Job Readiness
-
Client must provide at least 36” of clear access around the fence line.
-
Areas must be free of landscaping, rocks, tree roots, trash, and obstructions.
-
Client is responsible for:
-
Containing pets
-
Informing adjacent neighbors
-
Temporarily securing pool or hazardous areas
-
-
If site is not ready, additional charges may apply for delays, barricades, or clearing.
8. Permits
-
If our Bid Proposal includes permit services, we will obtain permits.
-
Otherwise, Client is responsible for acquiring permits and providing a copy to us at least 72 hours before project start.
-
Delays due to lack of permits will affect scheduling and may incur rescheduling fees.
9. Installation Details
-
Unless otherwise requested in writing, fences will follow the grade of the land (sloped).
-
This may result in uneven tops or slight ground gaps depending on terrain.
-
Dirt from post holes will be spread nearby; hauling it away is not included unless specified.
-
Any leftover materials remain the property of Corpus Fencing Company unless agreed otherwise.
10. Warranty & Payment Terms
-
All projects include our 1-Year Workmanship Warranty, unless otherwise noted.

Warranty is void if payment terms are not met in full.

Final payment is due:
-
Within 10 business days of job completion (if no financing)
-
Or as otherwise agreed in the Bid Proposal
-
Late payments may result in:
-
Interest charges
-
Lien placement
-
Material repossession (if applicable under local law)
11. Proposal Expiration

All proposals are valid for 14 days unless otherwise noted. After that, pricing is subject to change.
12. Website Intellectual Property

All images, text, graphics, and designs on this website are the property of Corpus Fencing Company and may not be copied, republished, or distributed without our express written permission.
13. Limitation of Liability
-
We strive to keep our website and information accurate and up to date. However, we make no guarantees of accuracy and are not liable for damages resulting from website use, content errors, or technical issues.
14. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms and Conditions at any time. Revisions will be posted with a new effective date. Continued use of our website or services means you accept the updated terms.
